Combining Safe Organizer: Decision Making and Safe Organizer: Risk Management, it provides the knowledge, practical tools, and professional framework to help organizers make better decisions before, during, and after every event.

Built on documented incident analysis, drowning prevention research, and decades of lessons from the global open water community, the curriculum emphasizes practical judgment over rigid rules.

You'll learn how to assess conditions, evaluate participant readiness, monitor changing situations, recognize developing problems, and make thoughtful operational decisions with greater clarity and consistency.

Upon successful completion of both required courses and their assessments, you'll earn the WOWSA Safe Organizer® Certification, a professional credential valid for two years.
